2. Payment for Vehicles
Due to Victorian government regulations, we cannot pay cash for vehicles.
Payments are made via bank transfer or cheque only.
3. Copyright & Intellectual Property
All images, text, and designs are protected by copyright.
You cannot copy, distribute, or use our material for commercial purposes without our written consent.
4. Vehicle Collection – Your Responsibility
Before we collect your vehicle:
Remove number plates.
Remove all personal belongings (e.g., E-Tag, purse, keys, documents).
We are not responsible for items left inside.
5. Parts Sales – Terms & Conditions
Warranty applies to parts only (unless otherwise stated).
Engines & transmissions come with a 3-month standard warranty.
Warranty does not cover consumables (gaskets, filters, plugs), oil leaks, overheating, or misuse.
Turbochargers are considered accessories and are only guaranteed to work at startup.
Parts must be installed by a licensed mechanic.
Warranty is void if parts are incorrectly fitted, poorly maintained, modified, dismantled, or used for non-original purposes.
6. Installation Requirements
Before fitting engines, gearboxes, or other mechanical parts:
Check and replace timing belts if needed.
Replace oils, filters, and seals as necessary.
Ensure the cooling system is in good condition.
Diesel engines must have injectors and pumps serviced before installation.
Any overheating, lack of lubrication, or heat damage voids the warranty.
Keep your purchase invoice – warranty claims require proof of purchase.
7. Changeover Policy
Engines, transmissions, and gearboxes are sold on a changeover basis unless stated otherwise.
Old units must be drained, packaged, and returned in the same condition as received.
8. Returns & Refunds
Returns must be in the same condition as sold.
A 20% restocking fee applies to refunds.
We offer 100% store credit for future purchases.
No refunds or exchanges for:
Special order items
Cut body sections
Electrical wiring looms
Wrong choice or change of mind
Shipping/freight charges are non-refundable.
Our maximum liability is limited to the original purchase price.
9. Disclaimer & Liability
We are not responsible for:
Labour or towing costs
Consequential damages or loss of income
Incorrect part fitment (it is your responsibility to check compatibility before installation)
